To achieve a stable output of 500 tons per hour, ZME applies an efficient Three-Stage Crushing + Closed-Circuit process logic, ensuring a smooth material flow and generating superior product grain shapes.
Primary Crushing: Heavy-Duty Feeding and Coarse Crushing
The starting point of this production line begins with the ZSW600×1300 Vibrating Grizzly Feeder. This equipment features a robust, heavy-duty feeding capacity, equipped with long grizzly bars that efficiently screen out soil from the raw ore before it enters the primary crusher. Next, the large granite boulders enter the C125V Deep Cavity Jaw Crusher. Specially engineered for hard rock, this jaw crusher features an ultra-sturdy frame structure and an optimized crushing cavity, enabling it to stably handle the high-impact forces of large ROM (Run-of-Mine) materials.
Medium-Fine Transition: Scalping and Laminated Crushing
To optimize system efficiency, the material is screened through a DSW100 Screening Feeder after coarse crushing. This stage is crucial: compliant fine materials are separated early on, ensuring that the primary equipment in the secondary crushing stage—the GP300Z Hydraulic Cone Crusher—only processes oversized materials that require reduction. The GP300Z utilizes the laminated crushing (inter-particle compression) principle. When processing highly abrasive granite, this method is significantly more cost-effective regarding spare parts (saving approximately 30%–50%) compared to traditional Impact Crushers.
Final Shaping and Precision Screening
The material then enters the third crushing stage using the GP300X Fine Hydraulic Cone Crusher for final size reduction and grain shape optimization. If the customer has strict requirements for the cubical shape ratio, a PF1315 Impact Crusher can be added as an auxiliary unit for shaping. Finally, the material enters a screening system consisting of large 2YK3070 and 4YK3070 Vibrating Screens. These vibrating screens feature a large surface area to precisely separate products into sizes of 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm, and 20–31.5 mm. Any material that does not meet the specified size standards is returned to the crusher via conveyors to form a closed-circuit system.
